Hi!

I am Peggy and I have been coaching women from all walks of life for the last 3 years. When I started working as a coach I specialised in Antenatal and Postnatal Coaching. With experience I have decided to focus mainly on helping you achieve specific goals, no matter what stage of Motherhood you are at.

Why am I a coach for mothers?

First and foremost because I really enjoy it! I enjoy watching you evolve into the person you really want to be!

Through your adventure with Perfectly Happy Coaching I will be your friend, your motivator, your brainstorming assistant. I will ask questions that will make you think, offer you a challenge when you can take it (even when you think you can't) and forever the one who believes you can do it!

I am working with mothers in particular because I am one. Being one I understand what is expected of us, but mostly what we expect of ourselves.

I understand the pressure we put upon ourselves to be good mothers, good wives, good friends, good daughters, good colleagues... Have I forgotten any? Probably.

Who is the person under all these layers? What does that person want? What does she long for? What makes her tick? Peel the layers off and find the beauty lying at the core!

Qualifications?

I obtained my Diploma in Life Coaching with Dinstinctions and wrote my thesis on Goal Settings which is a technique I will teach you through the process. Once you are able to master Goal Settings you can apply it to every single area of your life, which in turn greatly improves your success whichever outcome you set for yourself.

Alongside I am constantly researching and learning new methods to help you the best I can.

I am currently learning to become a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.

But more than paperwork and qualifications, I have a passion! I listen, I empathise, I understand and I analyse. I keep you on the road and make sure that whatever happens along the way you keep the image of your goal right in front of you. So qualifications, yes they are reassuring, but personal skills, they are as important when it comes to helping you being successful!

About me personally?

I am the proud mum of two boys who can turn anything into a climbing frame, especially if it is high enough to jump from it letting escape a big "Aarrgh!".

I am French but my British husband keeps telling me that I am more English than he his. Cheese? Oh yes, but with biscuits and chutney! Afternoon drink? Tea of course, milk no sugar. If you offer the scones and jam, I will have more than one. I am still unsure about clotted cream and my first drink in the morning is definitely coffee, so I guess that makes me still a bit French.

I have worked my way up in different companies working with small family run businesses to big multinationals at a board level. There came a time when I wanted something different. I wanted to help and support others becoming their real self and be proud of it!

Having my first child gave me the opportunity to develop new skills and create the life I really wanted to have.

I feel lucky because I am now able to combine my life as a mother and still grow professionally while still contributing to the household finances.

I created my luck and seized the opportunities, you can do it too with my support!

Alongside coaching, I have a hobby... I blog whenever I am not busy being a mummy or working.

You can find me at Perfectly Happy Mum and you can get a good sample of who else blogs at A Mother' Secrets a collection of blog posts about motherhood that I collect and organise on a regular basis.
